The body is made of 1.50 mm sheet metal, bent as a single piece, pressed and shaped to increase its strength. The base corners are radiused. The assembly of the body sheet metal and the side sheets is made by externally mounting the body sheet metal with a 20.00 mm wide bent protrusion or lip formed by pressing on the edges of the side sheets and welding them continuously, including the radii.

The body weld and other welds were welded with gas metal arc welding technique without slag.

The body mouth is completely surrounded by a pipe profile.

Lifting arms and cover connection are welded onto 2.50 mm sheet metal apparatus and screwed onto the body.

Lifting arms are manufactured in accordance with EN standards. Cover arms are 3.00 mm.

The cover is manufactured from 1.40 mm sheet metal in the form of a system that can be opened around its own axis. The cover is given a strength-increasing form and the cover movement is with a coil spring and there is 1 stop mechanism. There is a rubber profile on the cover mouth.

The carrier has 4 360 degree 200x50 mm wide forked wheels, 2 of which have brakes and a fork plate of 4.00 mm, in accordance with TS EN 12532 standard. The wheel connection foot plate is 4.00 mm.

The inside and outside of the container, including the lid, are completely galvanized with the Hot Dip Galvanizing system in accordance with TS EN ISO 1461 standard.

Container has TS EN 840-3 Standard Conformity Certificate and ± 5% tolerance.
